At Sandwicheria, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality food made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Refunds & Replacements
We will offer a refund or replacement where:
- The order is incorrect (items missing or wrong items supplied)
- The product is significantly different from what was ordered
- The food is deemed unsafe or not fit for consumption
- The order is substantially delayed due to our error
Quality Concerns
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 2 hours of receiving your food) with:
- Your order details
- A description of the issue
- Photo evidence where applicable
This allows us to assess and resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds where:
- You change your mind after ordering
- The issue arises from personal taste preferences
- Incorrect delivery details were provided by the customer
- The product has not been stored or handled correctly after collection/delivery
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before preparation begins
- Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible
Resolution Method
Approved refunds may be issued as:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- Refund to original payment method
